I have been in digital marketing for the past 10+ years. I have learned that if I want to live a Digital Nomad Lifestyle. I must stay organized and have a Routine. It is okay to take mental breaks to unwind.
Here are 3 things I found that helps me:
Work Hours:
Set specific times for work each day to stay productive. [ I’m work from home and I work on my business at least a minimal of 2 hours a day.]
Exercise:
Include time for physical activities to stay healthy. [Take at least 5-10 minutes breaks. Un-clutter my thoughts, I take very deep breaths and meditate. Find what works for you but keep moving.]
Leisure:
Make sure to have fun and relax, too. [ Find what you love.. and don’t stress and push yourself. ]
